1. Right of withdrawal instruction

Please note: Cancellation of your order is only possible within 30 minutes after completing the order. After that, the order is binding and will be prepared for delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (support@goldhainundco.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Important:

The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the product has been worn.

If the product is damaged, meaningful photos of the damage must be sent to us by email within 48 hours of receipt.

If the package cannot be delivered because the address provided by the customer was incorrect, the customer bears the full cost of shipping and, if applicable, return shipping.

3. Exclusion or Termination Reasons

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
• for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
• for the delivery of goods which are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
• for items that were only made after a customer order (such as suits).

A refund is excluded in these cases.
